We accept custom orders. If you require a size or a type of gemstone that is not offered on our website, please email us at email@example.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it (exclude custom orders and earrings) in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll refund you the purchase price, less shipping charges. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase, and on the same credit card used for the purchase. Please note only items in their original condition will be accepted for refund. Items that show signs of wear such as scratches, marks, blemishes, or any other damage(s) will not be refunded.
Final sale items
Please note that custom orders and earrings (for hygienic reasons) are non-refundable.
Return and exchange procedure
Please email us to arrange for a return or exchange. When returning an item to us, we suggest you use a traceable and insured shipping method.
Please note: Our policy is to refuse “collect” packages. If we do receive a collect package in error, the collect cost will be deducted from your account credit.
